Students and parents alike are outraged by the Principal's comments.  One student, Alison Veazy, told WCBD News that she felt targeted because of her size.

People Magazine is reporting about a incident that recently happened at a high school in South Carolina where the Principal was recording telling students that they shouldn’t wear leggings “unless you are a size 0 or size 2” because it makes them “look fat.”

Heather Taylor, the principal at Stratford High School in Goose Creek, was speaking at a school assembly when she said, “I’m going to tell you now, unless you are a size 0 or 2 and you wear something like that, you look fat. Even though you are not fat, you look fat.”

The Principal invited anyone with concerns about her comments to contact her directly.
