Whether you're looking for the 2015 version of Turbo Man or Tickle Me Elmo, how much are you going to be spending this Christmas?

According to Business Insider, we're setting our "Spending Clock" back to 2007! Over the last few years, Christmas spending has been down - way down. However since 2008 it has been climbing. 2008 spending was at $616. Last year's spending was at $720. This year, according to a new Gallup poll, conducted in November, shoppers are estimated to spend $830. The last time shoppers spent anywhere near that amount was 2007, when shoppers spent an average $866. That November estimate was up from an October poll that pegged the shopping figure at $812.
