Is your teenager getting enough sleep? 

Sleep can impact everything from health to attitude to performance. With the proper amount of sleep teens can more easily concentrate and learn.

Unfortunately, most teens don’t get the sleep they need.

Suresh Kotagal, M.D. with the Mayo Clinic's Center for Sleep Medicine says: "To be well-rested and to help them stay healthy, teenagers need about nine to nine-and-a-half hours of sleep each night."
