"If only you knew the power of the dark side."

You can also meet Kylo Ren, Rey AND Chewbacca. Here's how.

This Saturday at Hy-Vee on West Circle Drive, it's Star Wars Day! Going on from 11 a.m until 2 p.m. you can meet the Star Wars crew, have a snack and partake in some crafts. The event was originally supposed to happen last month, but due to the severe winter weather, they postponed it to this Saturday (March 11). This is free to the public.

Following the event, the kids can participate in a fun class called "Kids in the Kitchen." According to Hy-Vee's Facebook page, they opened a second session due to the popularity of the class. The first session before the Star Wars event is sold out.
"Drop your kids off while you shop and they’ll enjoy this fun, interactive class! Children will be making rainbow fruit kebabs, shamrock pizzas and green yogurt dip!" This class is recommended for kids between the ages of 4 and 10 years old. This event is NOT free ($10 per kid), and does fill up fast so if you want to participate head to their Facebook page.
