I'm a dog person, so if someone proposed to buy my house(which actually is going on the market soon), and would give me 120k more if I threw in the cat, I'd tell them I'd throw in the neighbor's cat, too!

Michael and Fran Perceval of Glen Iris, Australia had their house listed for a cool 1.8 million dollars, but they got an offer from a family who wanted in and wanted their cat!  The potential buyers sweetened the deal by throwing in an extra $122,000 if they left their bundle of fur behind.

The problem?  It wasn't really the parent's call to make.  Four years ago their son bought the cat at a pet store.  Needless to say, the now 19-year-old was upset when he heard the news that his cat and his childhood home were both gone, but the $17,500 his parents gave him seemed to make the tears dry up.
