Ice Castles in Eden Prairie will Open on January 23rd

You might not like these sub-zero temps but the organizers of "Ice Castles" love them. The attraction in Eden Prairie was originally delayed until the beginning of February due to the mild winter we've been experiencing.  However the past couple weekends of extremely cold weather have pushed the start date up. It will now open on Jan. 23rd.
