A mind-boggling 92% of Americans want a new job in the next year.  And 83% will aggressively go out job hunting.  The non-83%-ers will still do stuff to help get themselves out of their current soul-crushing gig, like networking, light job searching and revamping their resume.  The article states employers and management should find ways to keep you around, but personally, I think we're all here for a purpose.  If you feel the same, find your interests, find your passion and find a way to be doing what you are meant to do.
