MID WEST MUSIC FEST (7/30 - 7/31)
The first ever all-ages Mid West Music Fest is scheduled to take place July 30th-31st, in Winona, MN. A $20 wristband will give you access to over 70 bands in more then a dozen venues! There will be a Kids Fest held July 31st from noon to 4pm at the Lake Park Bandshell in Winona. No wristband is required to attend the Kids Fest. All proceeds to benefit three local non-profits. MAYO BOYS HOCKEY TEAM GOLF TOURNEY (7/30)
On Friday, July 30, 2010, the Rochester Mayo Boy's Hockey Team will be holding its second annual golf tournament fundraiser. The event will be held at Eastwood Golf Course starting at 12:00 noon. WABASHA RIVERBOAT DAYS 5K OR 10K RUN (7/31)
On Saturday, July 31, kick off Wabasha Riverboat Days at 8:00 am with a 5K or 10K Run! This event begins in the backyard of Saint Elizabeth's Medical Center and takes participants on scenic Lawrence Boulevard along the Mississippi River. Advance registration in encouraged. Epilepsy Foundations Stroll for Epilepsy will be help on August 12th, 2010 in Rochester Minnesota (registration at the Eagles Club in SE Rochester, next to cub foods) Over 60,000 people in Minnesota and North Dakota are living with epilepsy. Its time to show them and the people that care for them that we care too! I am doing this event in honor of my cousin, Kayla Benage, who passed away in april of this year due to her epilepsy. THE FUCHSIA BAND (8/14)
"The Fuchsia Band" in concert at RCT, Saturday, August 14 at 8:00pm. Rochester Civic Theatre. The Fuchsia Band will perform at Rochester Civic Theatre August 14, 2010! The Fuchsia band is made up of 4 Irish lads who play superb traditional Irish Music, sing, dance and generally have time like it (used to be) is in Ireland.
