A British nutritionist says that a Bloody Mary counts as a vegetable.  Obviously, you're better off having the tomato juice without the booze in it but you still get the benefits of eating a vegetable when you drink a bloody mary.

"Tomato juice is a good source of potassium and as part of a Bloody Mary cocktail it can even count as one of your five-a-day"

No word on if a Screwdriver counts as a healthy breakfast.
