Jay-Z: Douche Or Da S***?

The set up to this clip is simple.  Jay-Z strolled to the Lourve(world-famous museum in Paris) with his entourage.  A Paris local is recording this large group walking by as Jay's security tells him to stop filming, which makes him wonder out loud, "who is he?"  Imitation insulation jacket aside, does Jay-Z's response make him sound like a douche or da s***?
