Jennifer Lopez will appear as a guest star on the Will & Grace revival.

The 48-year-old singer and actress will play herself and her Shades of Blue character, Harlee Santos, in Season 9 of the NBC sitcom, according to Deadline..

Lopez previously guest starred in Seasons 6 and 7 as a fictional version of herself. The fictional Lopez grew up in the Bronx with Karen Walker's (Megan Mullally) since-deceased maid Rosario (Shelley Morrison).

Mullally shared a photo with Lopez on set Wednesday, although details about the star's episode have yet to be announced.The picture shows Mullally posing with Lopez and co-stars Debra Messing and Sean Hayes.

"huh why is #jenniferlopez on our set..." she wrote, adding a winking emoji. "#willandgrace @nbcwillandgrace and in case you're wondering, no, it's not makeup, it's not a trick of the light, nothing's retouched. she's perfect. and she's nice. it's f'd up."

Will & Grace, which also stars Eric McCormack, initially had an eight-season run from 1998 to 2006. The series returned as a revival in September, and was renewed for Season 10 in August.

"You heard it right! Four additional episodes for the upcoming season, and another season on the way. #WillAndGrace," the show's Twitter account confirmed.

Lopez's series Shades of Blue was renewed for a third season in March. The singer and actress also serves as a judge on the NBC reality competition World of Dance.
