Keep the Umbrella Handy

Weather forecasters say southeast Minnesota may be in for a soaking over the next 48 hours.  The first round of heavy rain is expected today and it could produce up to two inches by tonight.  The second round is expected tomorrow and it could dump another inch or more before it tapers off Saturday morning.

The National Weather Service

says some isolated areas could receive 3 - 4 inches.
