Tomorrow will be the last time you see this popular weather guy on TV in Rochester! Jonathan Kegges is leaving KTTC.  He has accepted a new job at WSLS-TV in Virginia. I always enjoyed watching Jonathan and know he'll be great at his new station.

He shared this message this morning on his Facebook page:

"They say that college is the best four years of your life, but the best four years of mine were spent in Rochester, Minnesota. Tomorrow night will be my last show at KTTC before moving to Roanoke, Virginia to take a job doing weekend mornings at WSLS.

The decision to move was nothing short of the hardest decision of my life. I've made some of the best friends I ever had here and in a sick way I'm going to miss not being in a place where the wind chill is frequently colder than -30. I've learned so much from Randy Brock and Ted Schmidt and I will keep all of that with me as I make the move. It's been an honor working with the best in business and I'm going to miss it like crazy. Having chemistry in the weather department means everything and we certainly had that. I know without a doubt that God couldn't have put me in a better place.

One last epic night is on tap with some of the best people I've ever known. I love you Minnesota. Thanks for the memories."

Best of luck, Jonathan, from all of us at KROC!
