5. There's a lot of ways ladies choose to accessorize; jewelry, fancy dresses and hair-dos. For the hipster chicks of Seattle, it's the hair they chose to "do" that raises eyebrows (also not the hair I'm referring to). Check out the details here.

4. While some fashion trends come and go, there are other trends that should have never started in the first place. This gross fad started to gain so much momentum, hotel chains had to start handing letters to their guests when they checked in. It's called "logging."

3. This story came out just days after the tragic fatal DUI-related crash near Mayo High School. It shows how selfish some can be in thinking they can drive no matter how inebriated they become. And in this guy's case, over and over and over and over again, ALL ON THE SAME DAY.

2. With the below-zero temps we had the last few days. summer feels like so long ago. And while the temps stayed fairly average this summer, the rainfall was anything but. Flooding was so bad, several counties were named "disaster areas" by local and federal governments. The rain eventually stopped but the flooding did not. Here are just some of the pics from Owatonna's Lake Kohlmeier in June.

1. I chose this story not because I side with those protesters, but I chose to question them. The racial divide seems so deep lately, people on both sides of the issue wonder what we've really learned about equality. So when "Black Lives Matter" decided to protest on the busiest shopping day of them all, I just wanted to know, "what matters more, race or the lives that they claim to speak for?"
