Long Prison Term for Rochester Man’s Sex Case
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man has been sentenced in Olmsted County Court for a criminal sexual conduct case involving a young girl.
The 12 year prison sentence was given this week to 38 year old Dean Winslade. He pleaded guilty in January to one count of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct. Two other charges - using a minor in a sexual performance and possession of pornographic material - were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
Winslade was charged after police began investigating the case in January last year.
Winslade’s Olmsted County sentence will be served concurrently or at the same time as an earlier federal prison term of 25 years for his conviction of producing child porn.
