A 28-year-old Rochester man is expected to face felony charges for allegedly threatening some people with what turned out to be a BB gun.

The incident occurred around 9 PM Sunday along Marion Road Southeast near Longfellow Elementary School. Rochester police say the man was walking his two dogs when a car nearly hit him.
