Minneapolis Police Officer Threatens To Break Kid’s Leg

17-year old Faysal Mohamed was heading home after playing basketball with friends at the YMCA in south Minneapolis on March 18 when police pulled over their car. Police ordered them out of the vehicle placed them in hand cuffs and searched their vehicle while doing a background checks.  “Can you tell me why I'm being arrested?” a friend asks in the video. The officer replied “Because I feel like arresting you."  Watch the video below to see the officer threatening to break his leg if he runs.
