Results of a recent survey of 13,000 young professionals, conducted by The National Society of High School Scholars, have been released. 

Google was knocked out of the top spot this year by Minnesota based 3M.

Other high ranking companies included St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, Walt Disney Co., and the Mayo Clinic in Rochester - Mayo actually  ranked #13.

Pew Research says: More than one-in-three American workers today are Millennials (adults ages 18 to 34 in 2015), and last year they surpassed Generation X to become the largest share of the American workforce.

Susan Thurman, the society's scholarship director, told the Star Tribune, "Our survey offers important insights for employers to develop strategies to engage and retain top talent."
