Minnesota’s Pickle Beer Featured on ‘Today Show’

You've probably had a beer with a few olives in it, right? That's pretty good. Have you ever had a beer with a pickle in it? That's also pretty good and a Minnesota brewer recently decided to capitalize on that concoction by creating a new flavored beer.

Minnesota's Barley John's Brewing Company has been creating a pickle beer for State Fair goers over the last couple of years. The Brewery was recently featured on the 'Today Show' where owner John Moore said it took a few weeks to perfect the recipe which consists of dill, horseradish and spices.

It has been so popular that the brewer is considering turning it into a a year round option. In the meantime, skip the olives and ask for a pickle in your next beer.
