Rain, freezing rain and snow have been reported across southeast Minnesota this morning. Snow is expected to continue through the morning and totals by the time it ends could be in the 1 - 2 inch range in the Rochester area. MNDOT is reporting difficult driving conditions across all of southeast Minnesota.
