Another round of snow is headed to southern Minnesota.  The snow is expected to begin falling Saturday morning and continue into the evening.  The highest totals are expected west of I-35 and south of I-90. Totals of 2 - 5 inches are expected in those areas, including the cities of Mankato, Owatonna,  Albert Lea.

Totals in the Rochester area are expected to be in the 2 - 4 inch range.  Only an inch or so is expected in the Twin Cities area.

Forecasters say the cold weather that moved into the region this week will continue several more days with temperatures 20 - 25 degrees below normal.

Rochester's unofficial low at the airport this morning was 4 degrees - the lowest it's been since March 6th.
