Starting August 1st it will be illegal in Minnesota to put bodily fluids into another person's food or drink.

How wasn't this a law before?!?!?

The new law was created after a Blaine man was caught ejaculating in a co-worker's cup of coffee.  Prosecutors pressed minor charges against him but nothing in state law actually made that illegal.  So he basically got off....   (No pun intended)

Putting blood, seminal fluid, vaginal fluid, urine or human feces in to something intended for human consumption will be a gross misdemeanor when the law takes effect with a maximum fine of $3,000.
