No Winner on Saturday so Powerball Jackpot Grows to 1.3 Billion

No one had a winning ticket on Saturday night.  Saturday's Powerball jackpot was a U.S. lottery record of $949.8 million. $277 million was spent on tickets on Friday and more than $400 million was spent on Saturday as the excitement grew.

The winning numbers were 16, 19, 32, 34, 57, and a Powerball of 13. Lottery officials say 25 players won a $1 million prize and 3 others won a $2 million prize.

Next Wednesday's jackpot drawing could reach an estimated $1.3 billion, which would be a world record jackpot.  Your odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 292 million.
