Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - The two men wounded in a recent shooting at a southeast Rochester mobile home park entered not guilty pleas to first-degree aggravated robbery charges during a hearing Tuesday morning in Olmsted County Court.

18-year-old Jerome Zachary and 21-year-old Demonterious Jackson are accused of robbing 19-year-old Courtney Ocegueda a couple hours before he came to the Parkside Mobile Home Park and allegedly opened fire. Zachary and Jackson suffered minor wounds, but 22-year-old Trumane Gillmore was killed. Gillmore also implicated in the robbery that preceded the fatal shooting.

Zachary has demanded a speedy trial, while Jackson is scheduled to appear in court for a pre-trial hearing in late December.

Ocegueda is facing second-degree murder and attempted murder charges.
