Nylons – Timeless Treasure or Terrible Invention?

On this date in 1940, the very first pair of Nylons went on sale. Ever since that day, ladies all over the world have been putting them to use. 

I'm personally not a fan of nylons. They are impossible to get on without snagging, and one size really DOES NOT FIT ALL!! I don't mind the shorter ones, but the ones that you wear like pants - eesh.
