Olde Pine Theatre Supporting a Local Woman Fighting Cancer

It wasn't long ago that the Olde Pine Theatre re-opened. Since then, they've held several events. This weekend they join a local mom in her fight against cancer. 

Barbara Nelson is a 37 year old single mom raising three children. Currently, she is trying to beat cancer. She's receiving treatment at Mayo Clinic for a brain tumor.

One of the organizers of the event, Ted Galaty, says, "Barb is a great woman who is always so upbeat and willing to help others. Now that she is in need, we just feel it is time to give back!"

Come support Barb and her family Saturday night (November 19) at the Olde Pine Theatre in Pine Island from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m.

Just $10 a ticket, with all the proceeds going to Barb's medical bills.
