The number of early voters this year has been insane, so many more people are turning out to cast their ballots early, which I think is really exciting! People are taking advantage of their right to vote and doing so early if they know they won't be able to on election day.

To accommodate for all of the people wanting/needing to vote early, Olmsted County has extended their early voting hours for a couple of days this week.

Here are the extended hours:

Tuesday, October 30th: 8 AM - 8 PM

Thursday, November 1st: 8 AM - 8 PM

Saturday, November 3rd: 9 AM - 5 PM

All other weekdays, early voting hours are, as usual, 8 AM - 5 PM, through Monday, November 5th.

Where can you vote early? Here's the address for ya:

1421 3rd Ave SE, 2nd floor
Rochester, MN 55904

The Olmsted County website says that the building is located on the "east side of the Olmsted County Fairgrounds off of 3rd Avenue. Wright's Small Engine is across the street."

Election day is already next week! Get out and vote!
