Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - An Oronoco man who was spotted driving erratically in Rochester Wednesday morning was later arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs.  

The traffic stop also led to the discovery of methamphetamine  in the man’s vehicle.

A motorist called 911 around 10 a.m. to report the man as he was driving near RCTC. An Olmsted County deputy located the vehicle a short while later near the Haverhill reservoir east of Rochester and noticed the driver was weaving. The deputy stopped the driver and suspected he was under the influence of drugs. A search of the vehicle turned up nearly 25 grams of meth valued at $2400. Some drug paraphernalia was also found, along with $2000 in cash.

Arrested was 34 year old Eric Gerber of Oronoco, who is facing two felony drug charges.
