You don't have a ride to get to your poll this November? No problem! Uber and Lyft are making it real easy for you to get there, not to mention free!

“With the 2018 elections around the corner, many organizations and companies across the country are going the extra mile to support our democratic process. At Uber, we want to do our part, too — by helping voters register and get to the polls on Election Day.” - Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi.

Not only will Uber be giving you free rides to the poll, BUT they've teamed up with nonprofit organizations to help you get registered AND find your poll. You can actually find registration tools on their app now.

Lyft will also be helping get you to the polls. They announced back in August they would offer free or discounted rides to its customers if they reside in an “under-served” community. They shared on their website, that "it is estimated that over 15 million people were registered but didn’t vote in 2016 because of transportation issues."
