Our Million Dollar Bracket Challenge Winner Is…

The NCAA Men’s Basketball tournament may be over, but for one lucky listener the fun isn’t done yet. Congratulations to Travis Christenson, who was our local winner for the Million Dollar Bracket Challenge!

Travis correctly picked 48 of the outcomes of tournament games – which was two more correct picks than the next nearest contestants. As a result, Travis wins a four-pack of tickets to see the Minnesota Twins take on the Chicago White Sox at Target Field on Friday, May 1, starting at 7:10 pm.

When asked for his secret, Travis says, “Trust your gut when picking teams. And sometimes you have to pick teams that you really dislike!”

Nationally, nobody picked all the games correctly, so we had no million dollar winner! Evidently, there were just too many upsets this year for anybody to be able to cash in on that great opportunity.
