Parrot Keeps Repeating the Last Words of a Murder Victim

An African grey parrot in Michigan saw a man get shot last year and keeps repeating the last thing the victim said.

The parrot actually repeats the entire argument between the man and his wife, and even mimics their voices. The victim was a 45-year-old guy named Martin Duram. Cops think his wife did it.

Here is the parrot repeating what many think were Martin's last words:

Legal expert Michael Walsh told WOOD-TV that there’s no way to prove what the bird is mimicking, "You can’t rule out that the bird witnessed a homicide or that the bird witnessed something on TV.”

A similar incident happened in 1993 in California, in that case the judge refused to allow evidence from an African Grey parrot.
