MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Minneapolis police are looking for a protester who hung a large banner from the video board at Target Field during Tuesday's All-Star Game.

The banner read, "Love Water, Not Oil."

Officials with the Minnesota Twins say the protester climbed to the top of a parking ramp and then used a ladder to bridge a 7-foot gap between the ramp and stadium. They say the banner was up for about 10 minutes before employees could remove it.
