Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) -  Rochester Police are seeking the public's help in identifying a burglary suspect.

Captain John Sherwin says officers responded to a break-in at a residence in the 200 block of 7th Avenue Southeast on Monday. They discovered items within the home had been disturbed and some personal effects belonging to the female victim were removed, including her underwear.

A security camera at a nearby residence recorded the suspect as he was leaving the area. Captain Sherwin says, in the video, the suspect is seen wearing a jacket belonging to the victim that has a distinctive RAGOM patch above the left breast. RAGOM is an acronym for a dog rescue organization focusing on golden retrievers known as Retrieve a Golden of Minnesota.
