Practice Or Baby Fever Cure?

Over the weekend, my sister in law asked me to watch my nephew.  I LOVE spending time with him, BUT have never had him over night.  I have a 6 year old at my house half the time, plus my 7 year old sister who has been at my house numerous times, BUT never a baby.  Not going to lie, I was a little freaked out.  It's so funny because I'm 26, and have baby fever like you would not believe, so this little adventure would answer the big question - am I ready?  They say one is never "really" ready to have kids anyways right?  Fortunately, things went great, BUT as much as I love having the little ones at my house, having a baby is not in my immediate future.  It's ok though, my sister is about to pop, and then I'll get a little more practice before I can say "bring on the babies!"
