Prison Food On TripAdvisor???

So how do you enjoy such amazing food and atmosphere without getting shanked? Well, you have to pass security guidelines. More importantly, you're not sitting in the prison cafeteria. But everyone from the chefs to the servers are all inmates, and the accommodations are pretty decent!

"The Clink" (yeah, that's really it's name!) is located in Cardiff, one of England's largest cities. It serves not only as a restaurant, but as a charity and organization aimed at reducing re-offending rates of participating inmates by teaching them true-to-life work experience, job skills and service industry qualifications they can use for life "on the outside." Three of these locations are already in operation, with a forth opening later this spring, the first prisoner training restaurant inside a womens’ prison. Best of all, "The Clink's" Cardiff restaurant , is ranked #1, beating out over 1000 other area restaurants!
