Rochester, MN  (KROC AM News) - One of the men wounded in a fatal shooting at a Rochester mobile home park in August has been sentenced for his involvement in the robbery that apparently prompted the gunfire.

21-year-old Demonterious Jackson was given a 68 month prison term today for his conviction on a charge of aiding and abetting first-degree aggravated robbery. Rochester police say Jackson, along with 18-year-old Jerome Zachary and 22-year-old Trumane Gillmore, robbed 19-year-old Courtney Ocegueda on August 31st. About two hours later, Ocegueda allegedly opened fire at the Parkside Mobile Home Park, killing Gillmore and wounding Zachary and Jackson.

Zachary entered a guilty plea in the robbery case two weeks ago and is scheduled to be sentenced on January 27th. Ocegueda is facing second-degree murder charges.
