A former Rochester man has entered a guilty plea to a drive by shooting charge and has been sentenced to three years in prison.

21-year-old Albert Ryans of Bayport and an Oronoco man were arrested last December following a shooting outside an apartment complex near the RCTC campus. Police say Ryans was the shooter, while the other man served as his driver.  No one was injured, but bullets hit two apartment units and a vehicle.

Investigators say the shooting stemmed from a feud between Ryans and another man that was also linked to an earlier shooting in the parking lot of the Pepsi Company in northwest Rochester.
