Driving conditions in Rochester and elsewhere in southeast Minnesota are slick this morning and motorists are being advised to be careful. Light snow fell in some areas overnight.

The storm that hit the region yesterday dumped 2-5 inches of snow across the region. The highest totals were around 5 inches in Dodge County.

The Rochester Airport recorded 3.9 inches - a record for the date.

It will be blustery and cold today and very cold tonight with lows dipping to near -10.

Warmer weather is expected by the end of the week.
