Red Wing Man Sentenced for Child Porn Conviction
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Red Wing man was sentenced Monday to 90 days in jail and 5 years on probation for possessing child pornography.
37-year-old Damien Oelker earlier pleaded guilty to 4 counts of possession of child pornography through a plea agreement with Olmsted County prosecutors that led to the dismissal of 8 other felony charges, including 2 counts of disseminating child pornography. Oelker was among the 7 men charged earlier this year as a result of a year-long child porn investigation conducted by Rochester Police and other law enforcement agencies.
