Restaurant to Open Second Location in Rochester

Coming soon(ish) to the North side - Potbelly 2.0! The signs are up, a second Potbelly Sandwich Shop will be opening near Target North. A little friendly competition for Five Guys, Pi Pizza, Panera and the other awesome restaurants that call that area home. But, Potbelly won't be in the same strip as Chipotle, instead, it'll be on the opposite side. It's being built right next to Layne Bryant.

I'm super excited about this second location. I have to admit, they are making my life a little more challenging. I'm super indecisive and it's already way too hard to pick a place to eat in that area...

We reached out to Potbelly to get an estimate on an opening date. Seeing as it's literally being built from the ground up, I would assume it won't be in the next couple months. As soon as we have more information, we will pass it along.
