The charges were filed this week in Olmsted County Court against 55 year old Michael Krahn and his 50 year old wife Jennifer. The criminal complaint says investigators were contacted by a family member of the victim. The Krahns had authorization to oversee the victim’s financial affairs. An investigation found the two took about $30,000 from the victim’s account between August 2012 and April last year. They have been ordered to make their first court appearance in September.
