Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man today entered into a plea agreement in a case involving a sexual assault on a teenager attending a high school graduation party at a local motel last June.

33-year-old Pang See admitted to a third-degree criminal sexual conduct charge and will be sentenced on March 7th. In exchange, prosecutors agreed to drop first-degree and second-degree criminal sexual conduct charges that were included in the original complaint.

The victim told police she was sleeping on a pull out couch with two female friends when a man entered from an adjoining room and fondled her before leaving. She says he later returned and resumed molesting her until her friends woke up and he left the room. After the other girls decided to leave, the victim indicated See returned for a third time and raped her.
