Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - An employee of a Rochester restaurant who refused to give a man a ride watched as the guy drove off with his vehicle.

The employee of Fat Willy’s was warming up his car around 1:30 AM Saturday when the man he knows made the request. A short while later, the employee saw his car driving off and called 911.
