Albert Lea, MN (KROC AM News) - Charges have been filed against a Rochester man who is accused of being involved in a home invasion in Albert Lea on March 31.

Police were told 35-year-old Jessie Crum and 33-year-old Benita Crum had entered a home and left with two children. Police say the children were involved in a custody dispute between their father who lives at the Albert Lea home and Benita Crum. She told police the father of their two children took them from their Rochester school the day before and went to his Albert Lea home.

Police say Crum and her brother went there the next day to get the children.The father of the children has told police Jessie Crum entered the home and held a gun to his abdomen. He says Benita then came in and left with the children.

Benita Crum was charged earlier with burglary and two assault counts. Her brother is now facing similar charges.
