Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man is accused of trying to get juvenile girls to send him nude pictures and in some cases, his efforts paid off.

A criminal complaint has been filed in Olmsted County Court, charging 29-year-old Randy Rocha with three felonies.

The complaint says one of the incidents took place in 2014, and the other two in 2017. In all three incidents, Rocha used Facebook to solicit girls under the age of 18 to send him nude pictures.

In the first incident, a girl who was 17 told Rocha she was 13 and she sent him nude photos “at his request. “The other two incidents involved a 13-year-old girl and another who said she was 15. The older girl apparently knew Rocha. She told him she was aware he had just got out of prison. Rocha was sent to prison in 2015 for a burglary conviction. Police investigators found 50 images of child porn on his phone.

Police say as he was being arrested, Rocha admitted that “it is a turn on” for him to communicate with “young strangers” online.

He was arraigned Thursday and his bail was set at $50,000.
