Rochester, MN (KROC AM News)  - Rochester police arrested an intoxicated man Tuesday night after he went to a neighbor’s house to complain about his children - and had a loaded gun in his pocket.

Police say 29 year old Kyle Frey  apparently had a confrontation with the kids earlier and then went to their home in the 2900 block of 22nd Street SE around 9 o’clock. Police say he had been drinking before he went there and knocked on the front door. When the children’s father answered the door and saw the gun, he called 911. Police say Frey did not threaten the other man.

Officers found Frey at his home a short while later and he offered no resistance.
