Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) -  The two men who survived Monday’s triple shooting in Rochester have been charged with robbing the suspected shooter earlier in the day.

Police investigators say 21 year old Demonterious Jackson,18 year old Jerome Zachary and the man who was killed in the shooting robbed 19 year old Courtney Ocegueda two hours before he shot them.

Ocegueda was charged Thursday with murder and attempted murder. Jackson and Zachary were arraigned Friday. Conditional bail was set at $100,000 for Jackson and $90,000 for Zachary. The two have been charged with 1st degree aggravated robbery.

According to the criminal complaint, the dead man and Zachary ordered Ocegueda to get out of a car parked at the Rochester Square Apartments complex. Ocegueda has told police they had a gun and a knife and took his watch and shotgun before he ran off.
