Rochester Park Muggers Snubbed

Two would-be muggers picked the wrong victim last night.  The two were at Kutzky Park around 7:30 when a man approached, asking if they had seen a woman he was looking for.

Police say the man works with a Rochester program for the homeless and was trying to locate a woman after she failed to show up.  The two young men in the park asked the man if he had any money and when he said no, they confronted him.

 Police say the 51 year old Rochester man then punched one of the men and both fled.
