6 days ago we reported that Toys 'R' Us was preparing to close down all 735 of its U.S. stores nationwide and they're not wasting any time. The chain has already issued a statement saying Toys 'R' Us gift cards will expire in 30 days and now we're learning about their liquidation sale.

The company will run sales until everything is gone and all sales will be final. According to thekrazycouponlady.com : "Going-out-of-business sales will start this Thursday (March 22nd), and items will continually be discounted by around 25% week after week until everything is gone. On May 14th liquidators will be called in to sell everything that remains on store shelves.

UPDATED INFO - The liquidation sales have been delayed at all locations. A person familiar with the matter told NBC Washington that the liquidation sales were were delayed due to unforeseen circumstances and were likely to start on Friday. We contacted the Rochester location and were told by an employee that they aren't sure when it will start.

We'll share more info when it becomes available.
