Rochester Woman Says She Was Attacked in Dark Garage
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester woman has reported being attacked in her garage earlier this week.
Police were contacted Tuesday afternoon by the 22-year-old woman who lives at an apartment complex in the 1300 block of 10th Ave SE, near Mayo High School.
The woman says she went to her garage to get something around 10:30 Tuesday morning and a moment later, the access door closed behind her and suddenly she was being choked. The woman says she lost consciousness for a few minutes.
The woman says it was very dark in the garage at the time and she was not able to get any description of the attacker. She told police she has no idea who the attacker was.
She also says it appeared nothing was missing from the garage.
